I honestly can’t quite believe we’re here already—but here we are. And you know what? It feels good. Really good. There’s so much noise around ageing—what it means, what it looks like, how we’re supposed to feel about it. But standing here, right now, I can tell you this: 50 feels like truly knowing yourself.

It’s softer in some ways, stronger in others. It’s carrying every version of you—the mistakes, the lessons, the heartbreaks, the wins—and realising they’re all part of your story. And with that comes a sense of ease. You stop trying to be something you’re not, and instead, you become more of who you are. There’s such beauty in that.

More than anything, I feel grateful—for my health, for the people I love, and for you. This incredible community, which has been with me through so much, means everything. Your kindness, your support, your messages, they’ve lifted me in ways you can’t imagine. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. ❤️
